“Office Hours”
This is a time when you hire me to come sit at your workplace to be available for staff to ask mental health related questions at their leisure. You provide a space where I sit, your staff comes and goes during my time there, usually 2-8 hours. This is not therapy for any individual person but rather a space for your team to gain information, resources, and support about mental health related questions.
Individual Counseling
In addition to organizational services, individual counseling is offered for adults seeking support with mental health challenges. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, counseling sessions focus on areas such as anxiety and depression, stress management, life transitions, and personal growth and resilience. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, providing flexible options to meet diverse needs.
